  • Yoga with Ellie

My postnatal classes are an absolute pleasure to teach. I have two very young children (3 and 1), so I remember clearly what that first year is like. I did postnatal yoga classes and it provided such a safe space to find some calm and re-engage with your body after growing and birthing a baby (however that experience was for you).

Join us to ease your body back into forgiving, restorative and relaxing movement and give yourself the space to breath and find some calm.

Not to mention the cuppa and chat with other new mums!

Ellie also teaches a variety of yoga classes including vinyasa flow yoga in the beautiful surrounds of the Mendips.

Many of the people she teaches stay with her from when their babies are tiny doing Baby Massage right through to Toddlers when they attend her older classes – Massage, Music and Movement and more recently Toddler/Preschool Yoga. Nikkita is passionate about supporting parents and would love to meet you at one of her classes either in Dinder Village Hall, Wells or in Ubley Parish Hall, Ubley.

  • Poppy & Jack

Charlotte is a passionate Hypnobirthing Teacher and dedicated birth rights advocate. "My goal is to guide expectant parents through the process, and to help them prepare for an empowering pregnancy, a positive birth experience, and a happy start in their new parenting chapter. I believe that there is no 'right way' to welcome a baby into the world and, because every birth is unique, every woman should be supported in finding what is right for her and her baby. I also believe that the support that parents receive in the first months after the birth of their baby is key to their wellbeing and the wellbeing of their child, which is why I offer local events to build that small community." Charlotte is also a 3 Step Rewind practitioner for Perinatal Trauma Resolution.
