All abilities can join as exercises can easily be modified to suit individual needs.

Pregnancy & Post-natal

At a Pregnancy and Post-natal Pilates class with me you will learn exercises that strengthen your whole body in a way that’s appropriate. 

Book your place if you want to strengthen your pelvic floor, reduce abdominal separation and find balance and connection between your body, mind and spirit.

Babies are more than welcome to come and join in too.
