“I enjoy Evie's postnatal Pilates classes, a relaxed and friendly class and where my baby is welcome but I'm able to build my strength back up. Evie will often end up cuddling a baby or two in class to allow Mothers to actually do the exercises - she's amazing at managing to concentrate on how everyone is doing the exercises whilst soothing a baby at the same time, as she'll always provide tips and adjustments if ever I'm not doing a move quite right. After the class everyone gets a drink at the Yeo valley canteen which is a lovely way of getting to know fellow Mums, including Evie.”

Lovely class and very friendly, especially for a beginner like me and fab that it's totally fine to bring baby and feed if needed, Evie is great and really encouraging to make sure you get the best out of each session!

A fab relaxed local pilates class that I can take my toddler and newborn too, perfect for a busy mum like myself. Great for building core strength after pregnancy- Evie makes things simple to understand which is ideal for a beginner like me who has only taken a few classes pre children. It’s a simple relaxed class, where we can focus on specific areas that need attention after a long busy week. I love being able to take a few hours out of my busy schedule to make time for me (even if I do have 2 kids under 2 with me). Can’t thank Evie enough for holding such a lovely class that I can keep coming back to week after week.

The post natal Pilates class is great, it’s helped me build core strength after having my second baby. Evie is professional and accommodating (especially when she holds my little one when he becomes unsettled, allowing me to finish the class!). After the class we head to the lovely Yeo Valley canteen for a coffee and a chance to catch up with the other mums.
